Mrs S Goodey
Class Teacher
This is my third year as a class teacher at Little Parndon. Before this, I started at Little Parndon as weekly volunteer at the end of 2013 I then became a 1:1 support assistant working in lower KS2 whilst being a mid-day. I then moved on to be a Class co-educator working in both KS1 and KS2.
During my time as a class teacher, I have worked mainly in year One with some experience in year Three. I am currently involved in the school council for the school, also supporting the teaching and learning around RE and PSHCE I have a strong passion for this subject as I think there is a huge importance in the wellbeing of children and adults and this subject can be taught throughout the curriculum. It helps not only with a child’s academic education but also many life skills.
I attended the University of Hertfordshire where I attained a foundation degree in 3D design. After University, I worked in and ran a restaurant before returning to university I attended the OU whilst working at Little Parndon and gained a BS Degree in young lives, parenting and families.
In my spare time, I enjoy walking my two dogs in the forest near where we live, reading and attending dance classes with my husband.
